Paper copies of the monthly News-Sheet are normally available at Chester U3A's monthly meetings or from Age Concern (Queen Street).
The News-Sheet for September 2010 is now available.
Previous issues of the News-Sheet can also be downloaded:
These are pdf files, so you'll have to install Acrobat Reader on your computer if you don't already have it. PDF stands for Portable Document Format and is the preferred format for sharing electronic documents worldwide. You will need to install Adobe's Acrobat Reader in order to display the News-Sheet. A free download of Acrobat Reader 9.1 (the latest version) can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com. The file size is 41.1MB, so it will take some time to download unless you have a broadband connection. If you wish you can download an earlier version which is perfectly adequate if you just want to display pdf files. Version 8.1.3, for example, is only 20.7MB, so would take half as long to download. To download an older version of Acrobat Reader, just click on 'Different language or operating system?' and follow the instructions.
